You search and book your own cruise on our Book Direct page (kickbacktravel.com/book-direct/), just like booking a hotel or a flight. We often have group rates and special offers through our partnerships, and once your booking is confirmed, we add Kick Back onboard credit on top of anything the cruise line gives you.
No agency fees. The cruise line pays us, and we share that with you as onboard credit.
We're your travel agency on the booking, so email us anytime about your onboard credit or anything booking-related. You can still use the cruise line's app or website for things like check-in, packages, and excursions.
We travel full time, so we handle everything by email. Write to us at email@kickbacktravel.com and one of us (Jody or Michelle) will write back.
Yes! We share our cruises, ports, and adventures as we travel full time. Follow along on Facebook and Instagram.

First double-check the sailing year and the number of guests you entered. If it still isn't working, email us a screenshot and tell us which browser you're using, and we'll send you a direct link to that sailing.
Most major ocean and river cruise lines. You'll find the full list in the Cruise Line menu on our Book Direct page. UK-market brands such as P&O Cruises aren't available through our site.
Yes. Kick Back Travel LLC is an independent affiliate of Cruise.com, California Seller of Travel Registration #2151626-50. Your booking is made with the cruise line itself, under your own cruise line confirmation number.
Thanks to our cruise-line partnerships, we earn the highest commissions in the industry, and we split our commission on your cruise fare with you, about half of what we earn, as onboard credit. We follow each cruise line's guidelines for onboard credit. The amount depends on your cruise, cabin, and fare, so we confirm the exact figure by email after you book.
We add it once you've made your final payment and the cruise line's cancellation period has ended. After that, you'll see it in the cruise line's app or online account.
Kick Back onboard credit is refundable, so anything you don't spend goes back to the card on your onboard account after the cruise. It's in addition to any credit the cruise line already included, and the cruise line uses its own non-refundable credit first.
Yes. Add your loyalty number to your booking and you keep all your cruise line loyalty benefits.
Most extras onboard, like specialty dining, spa treatments, drink and Wi-Fi packages, gratuities, and shore excursions booked through the cruise line. Our post "What Is Onboard Credit - And Why We Add More" covers the details.
Book your cruise on our site first. Once the cruise line confirms it, you can add packages on the cruise line's website or app. Each line has its own rules, such as whether everyone in the cabin needs the same package, so check the package details before you buy.
It varies by cruise line and fare. Many lines offer both refundable and non-refundable deposit options, and the deposit and cancellation terms are shown before you pay. Cancellation penalties usually go up as your sail date gets closer.
Cabins are priced for two, so most cruise lines add a single supplement when one person books a cabin. It varies by cruise line and sailing, and it's often well under double the per-person fare. Some lines also have solo cabins. You can usually add a second guest later at the fare in effect at that time.
Yes. Book each sailing or cabin yourself on our site, choosing the same cabin across sailings or cabins near each other while they're available. Each booking earns its own Kick Back onboard credit. Want to cruise with us? See our group sailings on our Sail With Us page.
Please hold off on paying and email us. We'll follow up with the cruise line and get you a corrected invoice or link.
We watch fares before final payment and reprice your booking when a drop qualifies.
Usually, yes, if you're still within your line's transfer window and haven't paid in full. There's no fee to transfer, you keep the cruise line's promotion, and we add Kick Back onboard credit. Steps and agency details for each line are on our Transfer page: kickbacktravel.com/transfer/
Yes. At the ship's future cruise desk, give them 954-266-6601 so your new booking is credited to Kick Back. You keep the onboard booking offer, and we add our onboard credit on top.
